Shoprizer is an innovative social e-commerce web site .
The concept of the web site was invented and Patented at USPTO several years ago by a group of MBA students whom came out with the ideia of the web site .
The idea was basically find a way where consumers could buy their most desired products for the lowest price on the internet , so they would not have to have to worry to be searching all over the places to find the best deal
The solution was to create a community of engaged members who could work in a collaborative way with the web site and in return would be able to buy for much less the best products .
The level of collaboration would be mesuared by the user score and based on that the user could participate on the group buying deals
This model has allowed shoprizer to sell products even below cost , what sometimes make consumers to wonder what is the caught . There is no caught ! it all depends how much the community can collaborate .
The way it works is simple :
We post our Unique Target Group Deals on our web site and notify our registered users via E-mail
Our group Target Price is the MAXIMUM price any group buyer member is willing to pay on that deal and it is designed to be priced below to any regular offer on the internet . Check it out !
In order for a group deal be successfully executed it must pass three consecutive phases : Subscription , Negotiation and Commit phase .
Phase 1 : Subscription phase : during this phase buyers must to subscribe to the group . There are a minimum number of subscriptions required to happen by the group deadline in order to allow the group pass to phase 2. If the minimum number of subscription is achieved by the group deadline the deal is ON and it passes to the phase 2
Phase 2 : Negotiation phase : during this phase Shoprizer negotiate with its suppliers on behalf of the group to obtain a valid offer to address the group buy target price and define the minimum commits and available inventory to offer to the subscribed members of the group . If a valid offer is negotiated Shoprizer post the offer and its terms and conditions and the group pass to phase 3
Phase 3 : Commitment phase : during this phase shoprizer post the best valid offer from its supplier and a minimum number of subscribed members are required to commit to the group , it means enter their credit card in order to confirm the deal and purchase the products. If the minimum number of commits from buyers is achieved by the group deadline the deal is ON and purchase orders can be processed
On Phase 3 If the deal did NOT reach the minimum number of committed buyers required or a valid offer is not available the deal is simply Canceled and group buyers credit card is NOT charged and no further action is required .
The group deals can be canceled at the phase's deadlines if it cannot pass any of the three phases described before
Group Buyers are FREE to change or cancel their group commitments at any time before the group closure day , so there is nothing to lose and all to win when you join a group !
Inventory availability may be limited in some deals and are defined by the maximum inventory available for that deal . The group deal Inventory Priority is given to Buyers who have the Highest shoprizer Score associated to his account .
When a buyer commit to a group he secures a priority inventory position in the group based on his relative score with regards the other group members who had committed to that group . So as higher the buyer shoprizer's score as better will be his inventory position to receive the products .If there are two or more buyers with the same score rate participating in the same group , the inventory priority will be given to the buyer who had committed first to that group .
Shoprizer score is calculated based on sum of purchase redeems plus sum of all bonus for each friend invited by buyer via invitation sent by "Tell a friend" functionality plus bonus for connecting via Facebook or following us via Twitter at the sign up page .There are many more ways to earn points sign in and check on score .
