In order for a group deal be successfully executed it must pass three consecutive phases : Subscription , Negotiation and Commit phase .
Phase 1 : Subscription phase : during this phase buyers must to subscribe to the group . There are a minimum number of subscriptions required to happen by the group deadline in order to allow the group pass to phase 2. If the minimum number of subscription is achieved by the group deadline the deal is ON and it passes to the phase 2
Phase 2 : Negotiation phase : during this phase Shoprizer negotiate with its suppliers on behalf of the group to obtain a valid offer to address the group buy target price and define the minimum commits and available inventory to offer to the subscribed members of the group . If a valid offer is negotiated Shoprizer post the offer and its terms and conditions and the group pass to phase 3
Phase 3 : Commitment phase : during this phase shoprizer post the best valid offer from its supplier and a minimum number of subscribed members are required to commit to the group , it means enter their credit card in order to confirm the deal and purchase the products. If the minimum number of commits from buyers is achieved by the group deadline the deal is ON and purchase orders can be processed
On Phase 3 If the deal did NOT reach the minimum number of committed buyers required or a valid offer is not available the deal is simply Canceled and group buyers credit card is NOT charged and no further action is required .
The group deals can be canceled at the phase’s deadlines if it cannot pass any of the three phases described before

Inventory availability may be limited in some deals and are defined by the maximum inventory available for that deal . The group deal Inventory Priority is given to Buyers who have committed first , First in First Servered criteria .
When a buyer commit to a group he secures a priority inventory position in the group based on his relative time with regards the other group members who had committed to that group . So as sooner the buyer commits to a group as better will be his inventory position to receive the products.
